On Paganella there are 8 ski and snowboard schools and all offer one or more instructors who specialise in teaching people with physical, sensory or learning disabilities.
There are 20 specialist instructors operating on Paganella out of a total of 200.
The teaching aids available to the ski and snowboard schools for teaching adults and children with disabilities are:

The Paganella ski schools and association of ski instructors offer skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing and other snow activities for people with disabilities.
Some organisations also offer accessible mountain activities in the summer.
The instructors focus not just on medical and physical needs, they also place a particular focus on personal relationships, often in partnership with specialist associations.
