All they need to do is collect their bikepass from the ticket machine or at the "Pick Up Box", or use one of the ticket counters where they scan the voucher either from their smartphone or a printout.
Collection is free with the ticket machine collection; at the ticket desk, a €5 deposit is payable which will be returned after giving back the bikepass.
