Main purposes and legal basis for the processing
Request and verification of the validity of EU Digital Covid Certificate to allow access to the areas where it is required.
Data Controller will process personal data displayed through verification systems (for example the “VERIFICAC19 app) necessary to
ascertain the correspondence of data between the holder and the certificate.
Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation: The Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers (DPCM
17.06.2021) regulates the national Digital Green Certificate Platform. The law decree 52/2021 “Misure urgenti per la graduale ripresa
delle attività economiche e sociali nel rispetto delle esigenze di contenimento della diffusione dell’epidemia da COVIDD-19” regulates
the obligation to own a Digital Covid Certificate to access to ski lifts.

Processed personal data
We will process personal data (name, surname and date of birth) and special categories (GDPR art.9) indirectly related to the certificate
shown by the customer. The green pass can be checked in different ways: at the cash desk, online or at the green pass columns.
You may also be asked to produce a valid identity document in order to check that the personal details on the document correspond to
those on the Green Certificate. The identity document will not be stored in any way.
Recipients of personal data
The data will be processed exclusively for the purposes of prevention of COVID-19 infection and will not in any way be disseminated
and/or disclosed to third parties outside the specific regulatory provisions.
Storage period
We will not storage your data in any way (screenshot or picture) for the verification of the validity of EU Digital Certificate. If a valid
certificate is not presented, the subject will not be allowed to access to the ski lifts and other areas where it is required.
In the event of failure to present valid certification, the person concerned will not be able to access the ski lifts and facilities of the Data
Controller.
It is specified that, regardless of the type of ski pass (daily, multi-day, seasonal), the green pass must be checked in the prescribed
manner every day.
Rights of the interested party
The processing of personal data begins and ends when the Certificate and the valid ID are displayed. Personal data are not stored, so
we indicate below the applicable rights:
